I worked more on my dark fairy cards for a swap on

and I like this one much better. I spent an afternoon messing with my photoshop elements to get the effect I wanted and then used the wax method referred to below.. and I used a regular white candle..

These cards were a labor of stubborness. I joined a painted pony ATC swap, we all had to use the same horse template but design them in cool and different ways. I wanted so bad to do zetti ponies, I worked for an afternoon to figure out how to put what was in my head onto the card and it just did not work at all.

I gave up and made some cute cotton candy ponies but I was so not happy with them. So, I decided to try again, and these little gems are the result of my second try! So nice when things come together onto cards the way you want them to, especially after giving up on them completely.
